Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY)
Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana is a unique initiative by the Government of India that aims to offer 24 lakh Indian youth - meaningful, industry relevant, skill-based training. Under this scheme, the trainees will be offered a financial reward and a government certification on successful completion of training and assessment; which will help them in securing a job for a better future.
Experience: E PARIVARA has so far enrolled over 2000 plus candidates under PMKVY in different industrial sectors. E PARIVARA is known for its competency in delivering high quality vocational training and skill development.
National Digital Literacy Mission (NDLM)
The Digital Saksharta Abhiyaan (DISHA) or National Digital Literacy Mission (NDLM) Scheme has been formulated to impart IT training to 52.5 lakh persons, including Anganwadi and ASHA workers and authorized ration dealers in all the States/UTs across the country so that the non-IT literate citizens are trained to become IT literate. Hence, enable them to actively and effectively participate in the democratic and developmental process and also enhance their livelihood

Appreciation of Digital Literacy (Level 1)
To make a person IT literate, so that he/ she can operate digital devices, like mobile phones, tablets, etc., send and receive emails and search Internet for information, etc.
Basics of Digital Literacy (Level 2)
Besides IT literacy at a higher level, the citizen would also be trained to effectively access the various e-Governance services being offered to the citizen by the Government and other agencies.
CMKKY Skill Training:
The CMKKY (Chief Minister's Kaushalya Karnataka Yojane) Skill Training program is a flagship scheme in Karnataka, designed to provide short-term vocational skills to youth aged 18-35 for employment, self-employment, and entrepreneurship. It focuses on industry-aligned training in various sectors, including IT, healthcare, and manufacturing, with accredited training centers across the state.
E PARIVARA has done tremendous effort in CMKKY implementation in 3 major districts i.e. Shimoga, Chikkamagaluru and Tumkur.
Deen Dayal Upadhya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDUGKY):
E PARIVARA aims to conduct DDUGKY skill training programs to unemployed and underprivileged youths and provide them with jobs having regular monthly wages at or above minimum wages and promote candidates for self-employment based on their interest. The livelihood programs are the need of the hour especially for rural areas. Under DDUGKY program, young people are counselled, skill trained and finally provided with an employment to sustain their livelihood.
E PARIVARA has implemented DDUGKY training program in Shimoga and Tumkur district with 2 job roles namely Sewing Machine Operator and Domestic Data Entry Operator. DDUGKY training produced one of the best outcomes in employment field. Candidates are placed with MNC companies in Mysore, Bangalore, Davangere and many service industries, Manufacturing units have hired our candidates.
